Featuring Mediterranean cuisine, seafood specialities, Asian flavours and homemade desserts, this new selection has been designed to complement sunny lunches, dinners on the terrace and moments spent with friends or family.

Generous Mediterranean cuisine at Café Touring

Located in the heart of Saint-Raphaël, opposite the old harbour, Café Touring showcases seasonal produce through a fresh and varied summer menu.

Fans of Mediterranean cuisine can start their meal with a Greek salad featuring crisp vegetables and feta, heirloom tomatoes served with burrata and pesto, or a salmon tartare flavoured with dill.

When it comes to main courses, the menu features several must-try dishes. The Riviera linguine combines burrata, pine nuts and tomatoes in a sun-kissed dish, whilst the truffle linguine will appeal to those with a taste for more refined flavours. Meat lovers can try the smoked-spiced pork pluma, the beef picanha served with chimichurri sauce, or the lamb chops served with baby potatoes.

Seafood also takes centre stage, with dishes such as pan-fried whiting, medium-rare swordfish, grilled octopus and Cameron prawns. These dishes reflect Saint-Raphaël’s maritime heritage and the unique atmosphere of the harbour.

Fans of Japanese cuisine will find a wide selection of sushi, maki, nigiri, sashimi and California rolls. Signature creations such as the Rainbow, the Dragon and the Philadelphia Rolls are sure to delight your taste buds with recipes each more original than the last.

For complete and balanced meals, why not try our new range of poké bowls featuring salmon, tuna, chicken or a mixed selection, as well as our chirashis, made with fresh fish and vinegared rice.

The menu also features a wide selection of hot dishes, including chicken or prawn ramen, gyoza, yakitori skewers, prawn tempura and the traditional Bo Bun.
