At Nami, Asian fondue is offered as a dish in its own right, designed to be shared. Created by chef Guy, it consists of a fragrant Asian broth, served in the centre of the table, in which guests cook meat, vegetables or seafood.
Each ingredient is dipped into the broth just before eating, allowing you to control how long it cooks and preserve the unique flavours of each product. Chinese fondue stands out for its simplicity and interactive nature, offering a different way to compose your meal around a single dish.

Chinese fondue, a weekly event at Nami
Chinese fondue is available every Wednesday evening from 4 February, becoming a regular weekly event at Nami.
It is also available on other days upon reservation and can be enjoyed from Wednesday to Saturday, subject to a 48-hour advance booking.
As places are limited each week, booking is essential to guarantee this moment of sharing.
